Rates
- Memorial Day through Labor Day -- July and August, minimum stay 7 nights, 1,450.00 week (includes cleaning fee only)
June, minimum stay 2 nights, 195.00 per night plus applicable cleaning and/or pet fees
In-Season Rates
- 150.00 per night (Minimum stay of 2 nights)
Off-Season Rates
- Cleaning fee additional - 75.00
- Pet fee additional -- 25.00
- 7% Sales Tax added to all rental totals
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted.
